Shipping & Delivery
Goods reflected as pre-order will usually take between 15-18 working days to be delivered. Ready stock delivery items will usually be delivered within 3 working days once payment has been cleared.

Delivery is free for goods purchased above SGD$200.00 and delivered within Singapore. Otherwise, there will be a delivery charge imposed for purchase below SGD$200.00. Delivery charge will be computed during checkout.

Delivery timing is from Mondays to Saturdays, 12pm to 6pm (exact timing varies depending on location of delivery). We currently only ships to Singapore.

Privacy & Security

Returns & Replacements
If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping the replacement. Please keep the damaged product and packaging, as we may inspect the package to evaluate it for insurance purposes. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days from arrival date or we can not honor the return. Emailing us pictures of the damage isn't necessary but it is greatly appreciated. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival.
Orders are placed via our website by simply browsing the categories and individual product page. Available color options will be shown for the product. Select the desired quantity and add it to the shopping cart. Upon checkout, you can simply login to existing account or create a new account. Follow through the steps to complete the checkout process. You will receive a notification email from us with the order number and further updates in the order, you will be notified as well. Ensure that the details and delivery information are correct.

If you need to modify the order, cancel or make changes to the delivery, contact us via the contact form specifying the order number or email us the details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. We do not accept cheques or money orders.

There are a number of unique promotions on that help you save more money. Promotions are valid for in stock or pre-order items only. We can can accept pre-orders for out of stock items as well (please check product page for availability status).

Viewing Orders
Orders placed can be viewed by clicking the shopping cart icon. If you have sign-up with us, it will be much easier to view details of processed orders. Email notifications and updates will be sent for outstanding orders.
Updating Account Information
You can view and update your account information by clicking the Account. User particulars like delivery address can be updated here as well.
